Internal AMA with GamesPad Co-Founders
GamesPad Founders held an internal AMA with their community on Telegram. They provided updates on GamesPad NFTs, development, upcoming deals, and more.
This month was full of amazing news and updates. GamesPad Co-Founders Eran Elhanani and Constantin Kogan hold an AMA in the Official Chat on Telegram to share all of them with the community. In case you have missed a live session, here is a full AMA recap.

Let us welcome our Co-Founders, Eran Elhanani and Constantin Kogan who are here to give us exciting updates and answer your questions later.
Eran Elhanani: Hi everyone, thanks for being here with us.
Constantin Kogan: Greetings, everyone!
Eran Elhanani: So we’re going to address multiple things here.
1. Price — yes, it’s down substantially and while we don’t want to open this to price/trading discussions, it’s normal for all launchpads tokens to take a big dip during bearish markets and pump in a Bull market. We have been around for a long time and seen these cycles and this is no different. We hope the market will start bouncing and improving and then demand will come and the price will grow. These are the best times to accumulate and upgrade tiers.
2. In regards to current deals — just like with Bullperks, first deals take longer to close and we give extra allocations. Many still waiting on KYC, many others waiting to acquire NFT’s, market conditions scare some who have the tier from making investments so the first few deals are trial and error until we will run smoothly, which is also why we preferred to bring a VC deal with no time urgency as a first deal, and not an IDO.
3. NFT’s — so currently there are no NFT’s to buy and join the deals. We should have that resolved soon. Binance NFT and Okex NFT did a short-term selling and didn’t really create the secondary market we were hoping where people could buy or sell the NFT’s.
We will start selling some more (a limited amount so as not to flood the market) on our website over the next week or so and we have started working on developing our own NFT marketplace which is according to our roadmap anyway, but now a top priority.
4. Again, we want you guys to understand that GamesPad, unlike its name, is a big whole ecosystem and not just a launchpad! And both tokens and NFT’s will have additional use cases including in-house gaming, NFT marketplace, DeFi products we’re working on, and so! A little patience, but this is a way bigger picture than just a launchpad!
5. As mentioned before, we have already 2 top incubations we are working on and many partnerships including sponsoring a successful esports team! We are also in advanced talks with some gaming studios to acquire them to be able to develop our own in-house games and potential Metaverse.
Constantin Kogan: 6. We were actively hiring and have 6 great team members joining our team recently. There are other open positions that we posted in the chat and will continue to do so. We have hired 6 New Community Managers who speak different languages: Urdu, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, and Arabic, to handle our Communities on our different platforms. We also acquired great team members Backend Developer, DevOps Engineer, Frontend Developer, SEO & Graphic Designer from different areas of the world. And of course, our Marketing Team is now in full hours with a new Content Writer, Social Media Manager, Motion Designer & PR & Content Manager for Spanish Community.
Eran Elhanani: 7. We are not sitting on our asses or taking vacations during this market unlike many other founders and projects but rather building and pushing to be ready for when the market changes! We are increasing our team — tech, admin, customer support, marketing, operations, and so on! We also signing more IDOs and have added a few more good ones to the pipeline which have not been announced yet!
We are improving the website and customer experience with educational tools and videos.
8. We are pushing on KYC to get many people who are still not approved to get approved(assuming they qualify).
Constantin Kogan: 9. Based on your feedback, we will improve the UI/UX of the platform. We are also conducting more contests to make sure our big community has multiple chances to apply the talents.

Crypto Varrior (Community member): Hello Eran, hello Constantin, hope you are fine and doing great.
Just a concern: Compared to Bullperks, tiers at GamesPad are way more expensive and the allocation which was initially opened for Cyber Trade was no way different than at Bullperks tiers. Don’t you think the allocation size should be a bit higher at GamesPad as any tier here is way more expensive than identical tiers on BullPerks? Why will people not spend the same money to get a higher tier (= higher allocation) at Bullperks as many of the deals are even the same?
I understand GamesPad is not just a Launchpad (and that’s why I am a part of it). Just trying to understand how the team is gonna attract the masses to GamesPad initially when we are just launchpad? Thanks a lot.
Eran Elhanani — [In reply to Crypto Varrior]:
Good question. Obviously, most deals on GamesPad will be different than the ones on BullPerks. But yes, allocations will be somewhat higher especially in the beginning. As you can see we, started with a lower allocation and went up substantially. The idea of the NFT’s was to make it more limited and exclusive than other launchpads and be able to offer more people to participate and get better allocations.
We have no intentions to sell all NFT’s within 1 month which means first holders will enjoy many deals with bigger allocations and in the first months or 2 in a way guaranteed allocations since we have secured substantial tickets for future IDOs so we can offer way better chances to get allocations to our holders unlike in BullPerks.
Mani 🌑Night Disciples🌑 (Community member): Hi, thank you for the AMA! I have a question regarding the in-house studio: is this to only help incubate projects or will GamesPad develop some of its own games in the future or both? Thank you.
Eran Elhanani — [In reply to Mani 🌑Night Disciples🌑]: The incubator is separate from the gaming studio. The incubator will offer external projects the support they need to become strong and ready for the market. We will be very picky and only do a few incubations at a time and vet them carefully and support them with everything: from building token metrics, community, raising funds, connections with top funds, exchanges, MM’s, and so on.
In-house gaming studio we are looking to build a 100+ member team with developers, designers, artists, and so on, to create our own games and metaverse.
Alan (Community member): Hi Eran and Constantin, first of all, congratulations on the first VC for GamesPad, I’m proud to be part of this amazing project. The question I have is, when will the claiming portal for deals be available? Can you tell us an approx date?
Eran Elhanani — [In reply to Alan]: We’re trying to finalize it ASAP. Both for EVM chains and for Solana. Both advanced stages.
Leon Wu(Community member): Hello co-founders! I just want to know what happened to Mecha Morphing IDO as it gets quietly removed from the IDO poster. I really love this deal, so I would like to know, did it get canceled or postponed?
Eran Elhanani — [In reply to Leon Wu]: So we did like it and had good talks with the team and had the service agreement signed soon, however, they had limited tickets and Polkastarter asked for a big amount so although they were interested, there was just not enough left to make it work for both launchpads. So we talked with them and decided to pass over trying to fight for it or open a limited ticket and have people who couldn’t participate complain since all other IDOs we secured big enough tickets to offer all holders.
And as mentioned before, we have a few more IDOs finalized that were not announced yet so very strong pipeline of upcoming deals.
Kidzy (Community member): So, let’s say I want to upgrade my tier from cyborg to android. Is there a mechanism in place to do it? Or do I just need to sell & buy it on the market?
Eran Elhanani — [In reply to Kidzy]: We are looking into it since we had a few people mention it and will try to offer a solution soon. Since we do want people upgrading but then can’t expect them to hold 2 NFT’s until we offer a true secondary marketplace.
CryptoGodH (Community member): When will I be able to stake my NFT? Can you give me an estimated time? Like in 2 weeks or two months. I was dreaming of earning rewards via NFT until I had enough GMPD tokens. I know you have a lot to focus on and I appreciate you for all your hard work.
Eran Elhanani — [In reply to CryptoGodH]: I can’t give an exact date but I do hope within a month. It is a priority for us. And as mentioned, we want to offer more utility/use cases for both tokens and NFT’s.
