Tanner Hartman is a fantastic prop modeler and enjoys working out his concepts in 2D space. His submissions to the various artstation challenges have all been well received, his submissions for both the Wild West and the Feudal Japan: Shogunate challenge being fantastic pieces. He enjoys working from 2D into 3D, working out the story of where when and how the piece he is working on came to be.

The range of his skills is really quite large, having the ability to use so many different programs with a large degree of competency is definitely worth noting. Being proficient with tools ranging from Photoshop to 3DS Max and Substance Painter really expands the breadth of the art that he can develop and the directions he can expand an idea.

Tanner is currently working at Bioware, pumping out some beautiful props for the Old Republic while working on his own personal art projects. He actively seeks critiques from his peers both in and out of professional settings, clearly understanding that great art does not happen in a vacuum.
