There is something motivating and endearing about the thought of a self taught artist. Someone we can look to that has the motivation that we sometimes lack, who pushes through their struggles to still create beautiful art. Yeghor Gallagher is an artist like that, coming from an educational background that seemingly has nothing to do with his chosen path.

Cyberpunk Samurai

Since jumping into the industry he has worked on several small projects for Ukrainian game developers, notably Plarium and Integra Games LTD. Some of his recent work includes pieces from RAID Shadow Legends.

I enjoy Yeghors aesthetic choices in his personal pieces, the Cyberpunk Room at the top of this article is one of my favorites by him. His professional work is charming and cool, the arena pictured below has a great sense of scale to it even though it is often visualized at a smaller level in game. I am looking forward to seeing him post more personal work in the future!

Don’t forget his Portfolio!
