Everything You Need To Know About Uncharted 4 Free Update
A new DLC for Naughty Dog’s Uncharted 4 has been released, and here is everything you need to know about it. The updates are for the multiplayer mode after the Lost Treasures expansion in July. Among other things, the update introduces a new map called New Devon, as a result of the feedback got by gamers around the world. Naughty Dog decided to roll out the update for free.
Gamers have been insisting for new maps since they got a hand on the game. This was confirmed with Naughty Dog’s Scott Lowe post on the PlayStation Blog (available here). Expect the map to be one of the biggest maps (if not the biggest) in the game. There is something for the snipers with some long range aiming and as well as some combat.
Apart from the map for the multiplayer, the update will include bug fixes as well. Apart from the update, Naughty Dog has started a multiplayer sale for Uncharted 4 since Sept 2nd. The sale will last for a fortnight (till the 16th) and has all DLC relic chests at discounted rates at almost 1/3rd the price.
All the other changes are listed by Naughty Dog on Uncharted’s website (available here). After the New Devon update, the Bounty Hunters DLC is scheduled for later this month, and it will have a new map and a new mode. Once these DLCs are rolled out, Naughty Dog is planning to roll out a co-op mode DLC later this year.
