A modder named Ciro uploaded the Full Dialogue Interface which displays and lets you choose the exact words your character will say in Fallout 4. The Full Dialogue Interface is available and can be downloaded via Nexus Mods. However, this mod is only available for the PC right now. Mods are expected to be introduced for the PS4 and Xbox One by early next year.
