Before the 99th season of NHL begins, EA Sports has announced that NHL 17 will hit the stores on September 13 on the PS4 and Xbox One. And even before the game is launched, the beta version of the game will be available to play. All you have to do to play the beta version is to sign up for it on EA Sports’ website before July 7. After you have done that, you will receive a code that will give you access to NHL 17’s Online Versus, HUT, and EASHL modes from July 28 to August 4.

The announcement came at the 2016 NHL awards, where apart from the launch of the game, it was revealed that St. Louis Blues forward Vladimir Tarasenko would be seen on the cover of the game. Vladimir was chosen after more than 6 million votes were cast on EA’s website for the selection of the cover. EA has also revealed the gameplay trailer. You can have a look at it below.

These were some of the big announcements for the game, however, there are some other changes that are being made in the game as well. You will have the option of playing the World Cup of Hockey, Franchise mode, Draft Champions mode and a lot more. EA is using its years of experience to give everyone playing NHL 17 an enhanced gameplay experience.
