What the PS 4 Update Has In Store
Very rarely do we see that an update contains more than what we anticipate in it. But the recent PS 4 update has given the players more than what they were expecting. Those haven’t downloaded the update yet are certainly missing out. The 3.5 update has certainly had players all around the globe by surprise, they have been roaring the new update and have been certainly excited about the new features that the update brings to them. Probably my favorite update has been playing music from the USB player, which just lets you enjoy the game that much more, by letting you play the music of your choice while playing on the console.
Some of the key changes are,
- Support up to 4TB external hard drive.
- Easier to search live-streams for games on the Live From PlayStation app.
- Option to disable the screenshot notification
- Improved editing features in the Capture Gallery
- Play the console remotely on a PC or Mac
- Access the system while appearing offline
- Notifications when friends come online
- Schedule events
- You can select your ‘Online Status’
- You can see what your ‘online’ friends are playing, and subsequently, you can join a friend’s game, or start a new game together
- broadcast your game on Dailymotion
- Share and tag moments on your feed
- Teen Account Creation
- PlayStation Plus Hub
Well, these are just some of the changes that we have discovered till now. What’s most exciting is that now it becomes much more convenient to invite a few friends to play games like Black Ops (PS 4, Xbox One) with you. For those of you who have still not updated their consoles yet, you might want to reconsider updating it sooner. I am sure the rest of you all must be as excited as we are about these updates.
