This is the 100% Walkthrough for Confess My Love free to play game from Steam. We go through the required actions needed to get any of the twenty endings as well as how to unlock the Mutated Room which is required to unlock two of the endings. Plus, we go through how to get the secret achievement ‘Wait, What?’ which requires using Windows Explorer to complete.

  • After gaining control of Willie, walk to Liza and speak with her.

  • After gaining control of Willie open up his desk to acquire the Cake and Diary.
  • Talk to Liza.
  • When asked ‘Should I gather up my courage and confess my love to her?’, answer ‘Yes’ then ‘Give her the cake’ then ‘Hesitate’.

Unlocking the Mutated Room

Hint ► ‘Do this as fast as possible’

  • After gaining control of Willie open up his desk to acquire the Cake and Diary.
  • Talk to Julie and select ‘Ask her to leave’ then ‘Bribe with the cake’.
  • Inspect Julie’s Desk to get the glass.
  • Walk to Curve Wrecker’s Desk and select ‘Search’ after interacting with it two times to get Jigsaw Piece 4.
  • Walk to the Filing Cabinet and select ‘Check the books’ then ‘No Longer Human’ to get Jigsaw Piece 2.
  • Walk to the Teachers Desk to get Jigsaw Piece 3.
  • Walk to the Water Dispenser and select ‘Yes’.
  • Walk to the planter and select ‘Water the plant’ to get the random code.
  • Walk to both Curtains at the west wall and close both of them.
  • Walk to the Notebook and select ‘Check’ then ‘Put them in’.
  • Enter the random code to get the Drawer Key.
  • Walk to the center desk in the middle row to get the Jigsaw Piece 1.
  • Walk to the Filing Cabinet and select ‘Check the drawers’ to get the Bloody Knife.
  • Talk to Liza.
  • When asked ‘Should I gather up my courage and confess my love to her?’, answer ‘Yes’ then ‘Confess my love’.

Note: I’ve rearranged the order I collect each item to optimize for time.

Ending 16: ‘Escape’

Hint ► ‘You must be in the Mutated Room’

  • After gaining control of Willie talk to Liza.
  • When asked ‘Should I gather up my courage and confess my love to her?’, answer ‘Yes’.
  • Immediately after you regain control of Willie, run away and escape through the exit before Liza reaches you.

Ending 17: ‘Nightmare’

Hint ► ‘You must be in the Mutated Room’

  • After gaining control of Willie talk to Liza .
  • When asked ‘Should I gather up my courage and confess my love to her?’, answer ‘Yes’.
  • Immediately after you regain control of Willie, stand still and let Liza reach you.

  • In the Steam Library Page, right-click Confess My Love.
  • Select Properties. Select Local Files.
  • Select Browse Local Files.
  • Select System.
  • Copy System.rvdata.
  • Rename the copy System.rvdata.bk (sometimes the achievement doesn’t unlock so making a backup is important).
  • Delete System.rvdata2.
  • Start Confess My Love.
  • Complete one playthrough. ​

  • Willie: The main character of this story.
  • Liza: The girl you like, always stays late to finish her homework.
  • Julie: One of your classmates.

  • Diary: Acquired by inspecting Willie’s Desk.

Secret Achievement

‘Wait, what?’, you have to finish the game first and have gotten every Ending:

Go to the games install folder normally:

[C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\ConfessMyLove\System]

delete your save-game [System.rvdata2] and start a new game

Note on Mutated Room.

You know you’re in the mutated room whenever you begin a playthrough in which Willie comments that his head hurts and the screen flashes red.

The story takes place after school, when Willie decides to confess his love to the girl of his dreams, Liza. Afraid of being refused, he hesitated for a while.

Should he summon up his courage and confess his love to her?
Why Julie is still there？
Don’t forget to hide his diary from the others, it ought to be never read by anyone.

Now the only problem is the weird, yet somewhat familiar feeling Willie has in the classroom…

This is a mini game with 20 endings.
Each of them is short and no longer than five minutes.
The story changes subtly each time you obtain new endings.

This game is quite boring, the main content is to explore and read dialogue.
