Dynasty Warriors is an action game based loosely around the Chinese historical text Records of the Three Kingdoms. The first Dynasty Warriors game was released in 1997 on the classic Playstation, with at least 8 sequels and multiple spin-offs over the next couple of decades. Last week, Nexon in conjunction with XPEC Entertainment and Koei Tecmo Games released Dynasty Warriors: Unleashed, the latest chapter in the series, for mobile devices globally.

Same classic gameplay including fighting through hordes of enemies

Players can set out on a quest to unite the three kingdoms and conquer massive hordes of unrelenting foes on the battlefield. The gameplay feels exactly like all the old games, polished on-screen controls and easily accessed skills. The game has 48 legendary characters from the classic console series available at launch with more characters planned for release later.

Nearly 50 warriors are available to play with from random draws

Mobile warriors can also reign supreme by challenging each other in a variety of multiplayer modes including cooperative play and real-time PvP.

Dynasty Warriors: Unleashed features many modes, including:
-Conquest Mode — Challenging campaign for one or multiple players
-Skirmish — Battle in real-time with up to four players
-Boss Fights — Bypass the underlings and skip straight to the bosses, alone or in co-op
-Raid — Steal fragments from opponents in multiplayer mode
-War Supply — Strategically occupy mines and acquire resources in competitive multiplayer

Dynasty Warriors: Unleashed was released simultaneously on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store in 139 countries (except China and Japan) around the world including Korea, Taiwan, USA and Germany. It supports 10 languages and is available now as a free download on the App Store for iPhone and iPad and on Google Play for Android devices.
