We introduced subscription plans for our Basecamp integration users. If you’re using the Ganttify Basecamp integration, here’s what you need to know. (If you have no clue what I’m talking about, you might want to read my other blog post, Creating Gantt charts for Basecamp, first).

We have upgraded all Ganttify for Basecamp users to a 14 day trial plan. When this trial expires, you will need to select one of the subscription plans in order to keep using Ganttify for Basecamp. Read more below.

For the past three years, we’ve worked hard to improve and mature the Ganttify service for Basecamp users. Over this period of time, we have always been upfront about our plans: one day, when we have implemented the features we thought we’re mandatory, we would switch over from a free service to a trial based subscription. That day has come.

What does this mean for me?

There are a couple of options.

Option 1
You’re an enthousiastic Ganttify for Basecamp user and wish to keep using the service in the near future.

Great! We’ve created plans for everyone: Individual users, small teams (1–10 users) and large teams (11+ users). Simply choose which plan fits your needs best and you’re good to go.

Bonus: use coupon code E1AD0472 before March 31, 2019 at checkout for a one time 20% discount on your plan.

Option 2
You’ve tried Ganttify in the past to manage your Basecamp resources or get an overview of your Basecamp project’s planning but haven’t used the service recently.

Since the last time you’ve used the service, we have created a ton of new features and even overhauled the entire design of the Gantt. Give it another try if you feel like it. Just login to your account and all features will be available to you.

Option 3
Ganttify was not what you expected it to be or you simply didn’t end up using the service as much as you expected when you first signed up. That’s okay. If you’re no longer using Ganttify but tried it in the past, you can remove your account and we won’t bother you again. We would love to hear your feedback though if you wish to share any.

We’re not stopping here.

Introducing subscription plans is not the end station. Making the switch towards paid subscription plans will enable us to continue developing the service and implementing features based on all your feedback.

Thank you for using Ganttify.
