Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum / methi)

Trigonella foenum-graecum is a hardy annual that can reach 2 feet. Trigonella refers to the triangular shape of the flowers whilst foenum-graecum means Greek hay, a reference to the fact that it can be used as a fodder crop.
