How To Make Herb Jellies

These interesting and unusual condiments are easier to make than to source in shops!

Making herb jelly can be very economical if you grow your own herbs and apples, or are able to gather windfalls. You’ll need apples, water, vinegar, sugar and herbs. Cooking apples are best, but any type will do. If you have them available, try crab apples, pears or quince.
