Welcome back. Winter has loved up to its name this year and then some. Since a few days after New Year's Day, the temperatures for the most part have been below normal and the cold winds have been relentless.
Here in Central NY, we have about 12 to 16 inches of snow on the ground. For the season we have gotten nearly 5 feet total.
