Salvia officinalis is a hardy shrub that is extremely valuable medicinally, in the kitchen and is an attractive garden plant. Sage is available in a variety of different forms, each having different leaf colours. Standard officianalis has attractive, velvety soft, blueish grey leaves which looks lovely in a subtle combination of pastel shades.
