We all know that salad is good for us, but which is best?

A bowl of salad leaves is healthy, nutritious, low in calories and tasty, so why aren’t we eating more of it? Almost everyone would be healthier if they were to eat a large portion of salad vegetables each day, particularly if it replaced a high fat, processed food item.
