Sincro Case Study

The Brief

After shifting to a nearly 100% remote model in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, Sincro Digital was experiencing the results of a fractured approach to toolkit design, guidelines, and adoption. ‍My role was to guide Sincro Digital through the analysis, creation and adoption phases for their digital infrastructure to streamline operational efficiency and run learning sessions on how the digital tools could be utilised to improve wellbeing at work.

The Outcome

After collecting data through both a survey and real-time focus group meeting with Sincro’s operations and technology leaders, I provided custom digital infrastructure recommendations highlighting areas of opportunity to consolidate and maximise the existing technology while creating guidelines and best practices for employee wellness and experience. The information was delivered in a live session accompanied by a Q&A session. We had a highly engaged audience equipped to make adjustments and implement new strategies in their digital workplace.
