Hello family, how is everyone today? ^^

A short update from my side: The new deals preview for MV2 is basically ready. I am testing everything right now. Tomorrow the market will be deployed on Polygon. If everything goes well, expect a public preview of the system in a matter of days.

As soon as the preview is deployed, new features can be added relatively easily. Most difficult part is behind us. I am targeting feature parity within the next 2 weeks. And I hope to have additionally features ready before the demo day. It is still too early to say how far we get until the end of January.

But the development is accelerating now thanks to the strong and extensible foundation. 👌😎

Mr Roman Alchemy Toys has moved to GAT network. GAT has launched Alchemy’s two project- “Alchemy Toys” and “Alchemy Arena”. Are this two projects same in their structure? What is the synonymity between Toys and Arena and what is the difference?

Pete:
Alchemy Toys didn’t move to GAT Network, it has always been GAT Network

Alchemy Toys came first, and it was the first project that GAT Network launched. This was followed by Minted Vodka which was used mostly to trade TOYs as used in Alchemy Toys.

Alchemy Arena came later, which is another game also using the TOYs from Alchemy TOYs but in a different way

Some of those TOYs are also used for cheat functionalities in the Game Ace NFTs — also by GAT Network.

So GAT (the token), Alchemy Toys, Minted Vodka, Alchemy Arena, and Game Ace NFTs are all a part of GAT Network.

Roman:
Alchemy Toys is part of GAT Network. Alchemy Arena is another game. It uses NFTs from Alchemy Toys.

Fabrizio:
I have a question, a day GAT will be replaced by GATe? If some exchange want list our gold token (😜) which of those will be listed?

Wit:
Well, from now on it will make more sense to do it with GATe. We will also make sure to pass part of the liquidity from GAT to GATe soon.

Also, there is already a small LP on QuickSwap (Polygon) . We need a DEX on every chain MV2 supports, to make the user experience more seamless.

Pete:
Minted Vodka v2 will use GATe, which is actually the new name for what you may already know as WGAT (so technically it’s already available). Of course we will need to inform and align with exchanges who currently list GAT as we transition to GATe.

Muhammet Kocaoğlu:
When switching to GATE, will there be something we need to do for the exchange or will the system switch automatically?

Wit:
You can swap GAT to GATe and vice versa 1:1 on MV. Regarding exchanges: I suppose we will need to discuss it with each CEX separately (there are not many right now).

Roman:

WGAT will be renamed to GATe.

Wit:
Officially we only listed on MCEX 😉, but a few others listed us without our involvement.

Fabrizio:
Yes yesterday I saw also hotbit announcment but the market isnt available.

Prashant:
Mexc is king of fake pumps.

Wit:
Well, one of the reasons we were not eager to do any CEX at all. We would like to concentrate on TOP10 or TOP5 even.

Prashant:
there is less liqidity on mexc of most of coins
if you want to say cex
then kucoin,huobi,ftx,binance
this are the 4 and high liqidity on them14:14

Roman:
We have a clear signal from Binance on how to achieve listing. The primary task is to concentrate on our product and growth. We have the right connections now to push towards top-tier CEX when the time is right.

Wit:
We want to concentrate on Top5–10 on this list: https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/
But only if the conditions are right. CEX is not a priority at all.

Prashant:
you can’t say this that is sure

Wit:
Binance has a very long-term view on things, as do we 😊

Prashant:
coinbase is a dream of every project to list

just ftx and binance should be the aim
firstly our product should be strong else no one will welcome

Wit:
We have other dreams, that are beyond CEX listings. Our dreams are related to our products and their product-market-fit 😂👍🏼

Roman:
Exactly, product comes first. Product and strong community. CEX will come naturally, including Coinbase.

Prashant:
yep they will come and say we want to list you.
but that kind of hype is needed
strong product right way of marketing

Pete:
I have about 1 CEX approach me every few weeks. They’re low ranking CEX and they ask for significant amounts of GAT to list them. There is no benefit to the project to chase these types of listings.

Prashant:
i think the name should be GAT it self
GATe not looks good to spell it self
think about it because name also can be a game changer

Roman:
GATe is spelled like “gate”, which nicely reflects the cross-chain nature of GAT Network

GATe is basically the gate for our multi-chain products and services.

There is a new token, because the old GAT has a fixed 1MM supply. Having a new token named the same would only add to confusion.

Johalex:
Hello. Can you tell us more about the developer who will join the team? And what are the expectations with this incorporation?

Wit:
We are working on our processes to have additional Frontend and Backend developers.

There is much work to do, especially on MV2 features 😊

Fabrizio:
Guys another question in marketing side: what are the next step to increase community and potential investors?

Wit:
we are indeed working right now to organize a proper marketing push in early 2021, we are onboarding some professionals here to help us with that.

Also, we have contacts to many VCs. But, as with CEX, we are careful here. We will only work with investors that have a long-term vision and provide value beyond checks.

Johalex:
Will the professions in marketing and agencies be paid at GATe? If so, how much do you think that means at the level of commitment to the project.?

Wit:
We have different approaches here, fiat and GATe is possible. However, GATe payments are bound to long-term vesting (years).

GATe will only be “paid”/allocated to partners that have a long-term vision and interest in the project (= long vesting)

Prashant:

We are listed on 2 DEX (BakerySwap and PancakeSwap) — further DEX would dilute the liquidity further, we need to be careful and aware of this before making decisions about listing on any other DEX.

Prashant:

Roman:
But every investor has to do it manually, no bulk change is possible

Righ now my primary focus is the demo day end january to present MV2 in the best light possible. After that, we will quickly move towards minting. Without minting “minted” vodka is just “vodka” 😉

Johalex:
What is your greatest satisfaction at this time regarding the GAT Network and what is your greatest concern?

Roman:
Huge plus that was not originally planned for Q4 was the change in the infrastructure and push towards multi-chain.
It was a LOT of owrk, but it opens a myriad of possibilities for us now.

Biggest concern. Actually having the right people at the right time. We are quickly scaling the business/marketing side in the beginning of the next year.

But we will also need to scale the development at some point. And good developers are not so easy to find. We are working on it.

Wit:
For me a big step forward has been the Binance Labs incubation and all the opportunities and resources it meant for us.
The biggest challenge remains marketing — but we are getting help on that 😊

A few other news:
1. we are upgrading our internal tools and processes, for more effective growth of GAT Network organization next year
and

2. We will be upgrading / improving the UI on the landing page of GAT Network (Phil is working on it)

There are many developments on the partnerships side, too. You will hear quite a few news on that in January.

Roman:
Of course! The incubation program was a HUGE step!

The amount of support and know-how we are getting is mind-blowing!

Wrydais:
MV 2 move great🥳. Arena need some change, do we have any plan on XP token, which is also important in our ecosystem?

Roman:
Arena needs more love! Actually, I would love to continue with game developement for GAT Network, where XP would definitely play a role. However, first thing first, we need to have our core product at a level that allows us to grow.

Wit:
Arena is also a PoC for other projects/tokens. We are exploring ways to offer Arenas as gamification service/opportunities for others.

We are advancing very well and are more optimistic about GAT than ever! 😄

Johalex:
the team has only been allocated 5% of the total GATe offer. What do you want to demonstrate with that? I think I understand what it is about but I would have a few words about it?

Wit:
5% is the locked share of the founders. The Growth Fund will have a reserve for the company in general terms (team members and future employees, advisors, etc.). So we do keep enough tools to make the work at GAT attractive and ensure people work with us on the growth of the project.

Johalex:
Thank you. I also know that they did it because of the great confidence they have in what they are developing. That is, they trust the growth of the token, therefore they have not increased their personal allowance.

😊🙏🏼 we say that the centrepiece of GAT Network is MV and GAT. However, that is not entirely the truth. Those things are the center of our product landscape. The centrepiece of GAT Network as a whole is the community 😊

Wrydais:
2022 Q1 is very exciting

Wit:
Q2 will also have pretty exciting developments 😉 We have the first potential cNFT partner ligned up. The first cNFT will be used as PoC to fine-tune the service to perfection. More on that will be published in Q1.

Wrydais:
cNFT connect the real world, hope I can buy one in the future.

Pete:

I am a bit like the prodigal son. But I will never stop believing that the project led by its founders and team deserves all the success. Congratulations!

With the craze of Metaverses hyping up the market right now are we planning to go Metaverse or partner with a Metaverse project?

Wit:
One thing is clear: we are too small right now to run after every hype. Metaverse NFTs can be traded freely on MV. We may or may not partner with Metaverse projects in the coming months. However, there are no plans to run our own “Metaverse”.

MV is a complete and flexible multichain NFT-toolbox. We will position it in a way that any new “hype” can be worked with in the coming years.

Create, trade, manage and collaboration on NFTs will stay in the market — regardless of what is hot right now: GameFi, SocialFi, Metaverse, etc. Let us focus on fundamentals first and be the best on offering an unbeatable service for gaming projects.

As we know,nft trading is a so big market.MV is a multichain nft trading market,but which part of nft trading we will focus on first?game nft or art nft?
or cNFT?

Roman:
Yup, it goes beyond virtual assets toward real-world tangible products and services. I myself am very excited regarding the pilot project! 😍

Art NFT is the easiest to tackle, so it will come first. But it will use the same basis that will be used for cNFT and game minting. Those two will follow shortly after.

Art minting is the same thing that every other NFT market is offering. Our edge here is that those minted assets will be directly bridgeable to any other network supported by MV

even future networks as they get added to MV — all past assets minted on MV will be directly bridgeable

OphirNoor:
Will be also Arena playable on other chains?

Roman:
White-label arenas could be launched on other chains as well.

Current arenas require TOYS that are not bridgeable. We are exploring the best way to make TOYS bridgeable so that they can be used on other networks as well

we will have a few more next year, very confident of that

@Roman How does it feel to work tirelessly for the growth of GAT with the team and who are your favourite co-workers also what significant value did they add to GAT?

Also are you happy with the way project is performing right now?

Roman:
Our core founding team has been working in this constellation on diverse projects for over a decade. So all of them are my favorite co-workers 😄

I am primarily tasked with the technical development. But without the business, marketing, partnerships, it would be hard for me to find time to actually work on the product. So it is great to have such huge support in those areas. Also big thanks to the Mods here!

I agree the mods we have are best I’ve ever seen👍

Johalex:
How do you see the German policies favorable to Cryptography for 2022. Do you see improvements, and feel more motivated in this regard?

Roman:
It is one of the strictest places worldwide regarding crypto. But European regulation is coming out soon that will make things easier.

Also, if there are additional investment rounds in the next year, we might be forced to switch jurisdictions. It is a fluid process right now.

Chen Yancy:
All members of the team are working in Germany?

Pete:
Almost all…I’m in a neighbouring country… :)

Roman:
EU so far. But there are new additions beyond the core team which might join us next year, that are not in EU.

We’ll see what we can do. Trading has not been our top priority.
The problem with price swings is even more related to our (yet) small market cap. This should change in the near future, I suppose 😉 (NFA)
