GATA DAO

We think it is time to explain our project with more precision.
Indeed since the mint of our first collection, we remained very discreet because we wanted to prove that we were able to build the first cosmos DAO validators!

Now it’s time to tell you about what we’ve accomplished, what we’re working on, and what we have planned for the future.

Jove & Wassie are the Dev behind everything.

They are experts in blockchain smart contracts and also in Validator Setup. What do they do?

· Prepare a smart contract to mint a collection

· Setup validator

· DAO operations

· Monitor & Maintenance

Cryptopital is the Marketing / Community manager, he is the one who will always respond to you. What does he do?

· Take care of the discord server

· Make partnerships with the better project of the cosmos space

· Finding the perfect time for each part of our project to be valued

· Controlling hype and fud

· And most of all, to be there for you.

2. DAO & Revenue :

2.1 DAO :

The GATA DAO is formed to own and operate cosmos validator(s) which in fact will be the property of the DAO. So, by owning a GATA NFT you are founding a validator that gives you earnings (the utility) derived from running the validator in proportion to your NFT ownership.

2.2 Vote :

Each GATA HODLER can vote for every single action the DAO will make using Stargaze on-chain magic transaction (for now).

51% of the vote in favor of a specific proposal is considered to be passed and is acted upon accordingly regarding new validator / new collection etc.

In case of being unable to reach a majority, the proposal fails and the funds stay in the DAO wallet until the next proposal.

2.4 Reward system :

Part of the revenue that NFT Hodler will receive comes from the commissions collected by GATA validators.

· 50% of the commissions will go to GATA NFT HODLERs

· 30% to the DAO expansion wallet

· 20% to the team members

But it’s not the only revenue for our dear members:

· Each time a collection is minted, the GATA HODLERs will receive 9% of the total mint revenue. OG council receives an additional 2% of each mint revenue.

· Each transaction on Stargaze marketplace gives Royalties to the DAO, so 50% of those royalties will also go to the GATA HODLERs

· Rewards from DAO-staked assets.

To sum up: you as a GAT NFT Holder will earn revenue from:

· GATA validator commissions

· GATA validator self-bonded staking reward

· Revenue from each mint

· Marketplace royalties

The more GATA NFT you have, the more ownership of GATA validators and GATA treasury, Hence the more reward you will earn.

3. Plans for the future

3.1 New collections :

Our first plan wasn’t to have only 999 NFT but to have them in separate batches as per reaching certain milestones.
It was important for us to set the foundation, prove its worth and then build on it to reach new people.

We will mint around approx 5000 NFTs in 9 collections or so in total as we keep up with the DAO expansion.

3.2 New validators:

We study the set of cosmos blockchains to establish the possibility to create a validator.
Several things are essential:
— The type of project
— The project team
— The momentum of the project
— Our financial resources
— The enthusiasm of our community

Over time we will create as many validators as possible across Cosmos.

3.3 New ways to add to revenue to reward our community:

Every day we are looking for more ways to reward our members.

We plan to make collections of artistic NFT for the airdrop.

We also plan to make partnerships and engage with other projects in a way beneficial for the DAO and our community.

3.4 New place to setup GATA DAO :

A DAO is hard to run in discord only, we will be working on a platform to manage the DAO operations in a better way.
