HONG KONG — 03 April 2018 —USD credits are now available for all Gatecoin clients.

What’s with the delays?

We initially communicated that USD credits were likely to resume in the week of 26 February, however, we did also state that this timeline was tentative and subject to change, which ultimately was the case. This one month delay was due to several technical issues related to the integration with our European PSP solution.

Are there any limits on USD credits?

There are currently no limits on the amount of USD that can be transferred to Gatecoin. Nevertheless, as we are still in the early stage of implementing this new solution, we would strongly advise our clients to credit no more than USD 50,000 per credit.

How much do USD credits cost?

A USD 7 charge will be applied to every USD credit. This fee is imposed by our payment service provider. Please note that an additional fee may also be charged by your bank for the transfer.

Important details on USD credits

• Our payment service provider may request additional KYC documents on a case by case basis. Should additional information be needed, our customer support will directly contact you.
• Please only upload the receipt ONCE per credit, uploading multiple times may lead to a significant delay in processing your credit.
• It’s also important to note that we only access online-banking transfers. Do not attempt to make cash credits at our office, ATM transfers or transfers at the bank counter.

What about withdrawal?

USD withdrawals are currently in the final phases of our system testing and will be resumed soon.
