GawkBox 101: Avoiding Missing Donations

If your GawkBox donation didn’t make it to it’s intended location, it may be due to one of a few common reasons. Here, we’ll go over those reasons to ensure that your GawkBox donations land successfully as often as possible.

Here are the most common reasons that you may not see your donation:

• Make sure you wait an hour or so to make sure your donation has transferred. Sometimes, due to the complex nature of the donations, they can take a short time to transfer.
• If you’re not seeing any offers, make sure your adblocker is turned off. This applies both to mobile and desktop devices.
• Make sure you’ve got your device updated to the newest possible operating system if you’re seeing numerous dropped donations. If your device cannot run the offers, the donations will not transfer.
• Make sure you’re on a stable internet connection when completing GawkBox offers. If your connection terminates while you’re completing the offer, the donation may not transfer.
• Ensure that you’ve met the qualification or level on the offer to send the corresponding donation. This could be a level in a game, completion of a survey, or signing up for a free trial.
• GawkBox offers are only valid when completed for this first time. Repeating offers will not send a donation.
• Emulating software is not supported on GawkBox. Users on GawkBox using emulator software will be marked as fraudulent.
