Life lessons of a loving gay Christian

Love is the greatest commandment.

Loving all others whom you encounter, with Jesus’ kindness, mercy, and other-centeredness, is the greatest command for interacting with humans.

Love is greater than faith. If you align with Jesus, loving others is the greatest way of showing your faith.

If you believe you can forecast the future of America and the planet, providing kindness is more important.

If your prayers result in miraculous healings, delivering mercy is the more valuable.

If you have mastered Systematic Theology and excel as an apologist, but do not selflessly serve the person whom you are trying to convert, than your efforts are worthless.

“If I can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have absolute faith so as to move mountains, but have not love, I gain nothing.” (1 Corinthians 13:2)

Love wins.” (1 Corinthians 13:8a)
