July, yet another month that we have crossed off in this year of many ups and downs. While huge events like Cloud Next OnAir are starting to ramp up in the midst of July, we’ll see these events go into full-force from August forwards.

That said, there has been a number of exciting happenings in July, let’s recap the entire month of July 💃

Android Night 2 🔥 — 13th July 2020

If you are an Android Developer, rejoice! We’re back again with another Android themed event by GDG Singapore. This time, we have three very talented Android Developers to share their experiences with us.

Starting the festivities from the kindlings, we have Saurabh Arora, who introduced to us on how we could make our development experience better, with his tips on certain static analysis tools. Off the back from his previous talk on tips in the Android, this is another discussion that you should not miss.

Wonyoung Choi continued the fire burning, blazing us with his knowledge on the ConcatAdapter. While ConcatAdapter was still in alpha, he addresses how this new class can be used, and benefits for doing so.

Last but not least, we have Kurt Renzo Acosta, stoking our curiosities on the Multiplatform programming for Kotlin. He dived into its concepts, and how it can be best utilized for common code for the corresponding applications on different platforms (like Android vs iOS)
