And so, Goodbye Gordon. It was a good exit, statesmanlike and honest.
As I write, Cameron is leaving the Palace and heading towards Downing Street. We’re still waiting to hear the deal that’s been struck between the Tories and Lib Dems.
Nick Clegg is rumoured to have secured himself the position of Deputy Prime Minister. Nice work, Nick. Aren’t you lucky?
