This is inspired by a conversation that I was having with my best friend. To describe him, he works in the IT industry and whenever we meet he always complains about how he hates his work.
A few weeks ago he highlighted to me some of the key things which really matter to him in his career apart from his salary. It was quite interesting to hear this from him. To be honest, even though I think your salary matters the most but there are a few other variables in your career which really play a very important role.
A career is a blend of different factors so you should stop focusing on salary factors only and focus on different factors as well for long-term progress.
