Business Model
The Business Model indicates the way in which a startup creates value through the production of a product or the provision of a service, offers this value to its customers and then turns it into revenues. In particular, a business model must be of value for itself and for its customers, achievable with the necessary resources to put into practice the model designed and sustainable in the long term. When we create a business model, 4 things must be clear:
1- What is our value proposition?
2- Who do we turn to?
3- Where does the sustainability of our business come from?
4- How do we create and distribute this value?
