In my previous blog post, I showed how to use ChatGPT in google docs.

in this blog post, together we will create a medium-like help desk. this help desk will allow users to complain or give feedback to our company. this automation will:

  • Automatically save data in a Google spreadsheet
  • Generate a unique ticket number for each complaint or feedback
  • Send automated emails to users with the ticket numbers and content of their complaints or feedback.
