Fail fast is the essential skill (not only in software development) that allows you to turn failure into success.

As an experienced software programmer and team leader, I introduced the concept of fail fast to my team. That didn’t end as I expected!

During retrospective session my team mates complained that they don’t want to fail. They want to succeed. However, failing fast is a road to success — I explained.
