Our world has recently been ravaged by two pandemics simultaneously — COVID-19 and monkeypox. In comparison to COVID-19, monkeypox has caused fewer waves of panic. The virus was discovered in 1958. And it is less contagious than COVID-19. Are we staying alert? Yes. But panic? No.
