How to go back to Windows 10 Interface on Windows 11?

Are you also one of the many who got annoyed by the new interface? I think the #1 thing is how they moved the icon to the center. I mean why why why… I mean the famous Windows start menu on the left corner is working. Why change it for the sake of changing?
