Web Scraping made easy!

Do you have to web scrape? Did you have to copy and paste line by line before? Click on another page and do the same?

Yes, I did that before.

Then I learned about Power Automate! By far Power Automate is the easiest to use and learn. I love to code but I default to using Power Automate if I have a web scraping job to do.

This article will walk you through step by step on how to create a web scraping Power Automate “Flow” that allows you to input any variables so you can easily scrape for other items at a web site.

Let’s walk through a scenario.

My son loves cookies, donuts and all sorts of sweets. 🍪🍩🍰

Let’s say I want to know all the ice cream products that are available at a supermarket? I would have to click through pages and pages to see this.

How about we set up a “Flow” to do this? 🌊

Step 1: Setting up your flow.

Power Automate is Free for Windows 10, so check it out. Power Automate For Desktop | Microsoft Power Automate
