• Templates and Documents Preparation: ChatGPT can assist in preparing job descriptions, interview questions, customer or employee surveys, management cheat sheets, training plans & materials, etc.
• Text Analysis: ChatGPT can assist analyzing, summarizing and extracting topics and sentiments from text.
• Documentation Review and Improvement: It can review non-confidential documentation to enhance the text, ensure inclusive language is being used, assign captivating titles, prepare and add citations etc.
• Tools Optimization: ChatGPT can provide guidance on how to use advanced functions of tools we use on a daily basis, such as Microsoft Office products (eg.: finding the right Excel function or automating a task in VBA)
