Recently, I discovered a cool website called Leolabs.

It was a complete surprise and changed my perspective of Earth. Our low Earth orbit is crowded with a variety of objects.

There are commercial satellites, rocket bodies, and surveillance satellites surrounding us.

There’s also a ton of debris flying around.

Leolabs uses radar on the ground to produce high-resolution data on objects in low Earth orbit (LEO).

It’s a pretty cool website that has been developed to support the space industry. Leolabs provides a mapping and tracking service to interested businesses.

But you can take a look for free by following these steps.

Go to Leolabs.space

When you arrive at their home page, you can hang out and read, or you can scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on Data Platform >>.
