AI artwork has become normal and should scare every artist, creative professional, and designer. With the increase in computing power and less time needed to create beautiful artwork! Artists can become extinct and lose possible work opportunities because of AI.
ChatGPT is not moderated meaning the data collected and input can shape the future. Imagine your photoshopped data being used in a licensed movie without your knowledge. Or even your artwork being manipulated by companies selling your ideas without your commission.
By feeding an AI your data you are providing it with the knowledge to be used and replicated which possibly can disrupt industries without your knowledge. Be aware.
It's however amazing to see technology being pushed in a new direction and offering more to customers these days however it should not be at the expense of an entire industry.
Artists already find it difficult to be able to sell the work they have created and AI is only making it more difficult to compete with.
Not all Artists do Artwork for commission, however when they choose to pick up the paintbrush to earn a living. AI shouldn’t be another competitor Artists need to worry about.
