Why ChatGPT is Good for the Data Science Community

Introduction

ChatGPT is at the forefront of discussion in the data science community, and for good reason. However, it’s even more so at the forefront of the general public who haven’t and aren’t actively practicing data science or artificial intelligence. While there may be some cons of ChatGPT in general, like overtrust, plagiarism, and inaccuracies, there are some pros that could actually strengthen the data science field from its sheer existence. There are two benefits that I will discuss below that are already starting to happen or could happen as time goes on in this new space of AI and data science.
