Why You Should Use Multiple Note-Taking Apps!
I use 4 notes apps to manage everything I write and it is much easier than having everything in one app!
Note-taking is a personalized art. Your style of note-taking could be completely different from mine. That’s why the field of note-taking continues to evolve, even when many apps are already available. There is no perfect note-taking app anywhere and most of us try a few to find the one that best meets our demands and continue to use it.
But what if we could gather all the best features from several apps and build ourselves a unique note-taking system rather than being confined to one app with all its drawbacks?
This might sound a bit overwhelming as you have to shift between several apps. But once you figure out the use of each app, it becomes second nature and quite similar to using just one app.
The organization is in your head and you know where everything has to go!
It is much easier than organizing everything in Notion as I did earlier and feels refreshing because you are switching different apps with different interfaces.
So this is how I built my system using 4 apps and I encourage you to give it a try because limiting yourself to one app is not at all ideal…
