A Chance…

I want to know where ladies with beauty like hers are found.
I want to know where ladies clever like her are found,
I want to know where I could get her a tiara and a bangle,
Does she know the flowers I bought her are withering in the vase on the kitchen table?
Does she know I still go through our texts up to to the bitter break-up,
Does she know I mumble her name every morning after waking up,
Does she know I want to text her every morning when I wake up,
Does she know I recall that time I missed her call and it eats me up-

I want to know how I can get some sleep after work with her curves doing rounds in my head,
I want to know if she's a fire marshal so that she can put out this fire in me,
I want to know how I can reach out to her cause she seems to drift away by the minute,
I want to know how I can send her my poems to spare awkward introductions,
Does she even think about me anymore when she's alone,
Does she even have my number anymore in her phone-
You know I still have yours in my phone,
With your photo attached to it cause the smile is now my home-

Did I have a chance,
Do I have a chance,

Am irritated and way frustrated,
Don’t tell me to move on cause my emotions are tied and I can’t move,
My craving for you has set a fire in me and its glow is burning,
The petals in my heart are falling off...
Withering off and they don’t seem to grow back,
Cause you’re the glory to make it bloom🌹 🌹 🌹
