ZED RUN and Gelato work together to automate in-game fantasy horse breeding.

ZED RUN is a futuristic horse racing platform built on the Polygon blockchain. In ZED, each NFT represents a digital racehorse. You can build a star-studded stable of winning racehorses and create a legacy by buying, breeding, and racing your digital racehorse.
All racehorses in ZED RUN are statistically unique and are defined by their bloodline, genotype, breed type, and performance on the racetrack. The more your racehorse races and breeds, the more superior your racehorse’s legacy becomes. The greater the legacy, the greater the wealth you can create by commanding a higher selling or breeding price. Gelato has become ZED RUN’s underlying automation infrastructure. By integrating Gelato, ZED RUN has fully automated its breeding process, and more than 500 horses are being bred by Gelato daily in a highly decentralized and permissionless manner.
The ZED RUN team was using an off-chain dependency to finalize the whole workflow, but the result was lackluster and did not meet the expectations of the team. So instead of spending more time debugging and building their own system to get transactions mined, the team decided to move everything on-chain and outsource this part of the process to a reliable third-party automation protocol, entering Gelato. Gelato is making sure all the tasks and magic happen on autopilot for the ZED RUN team.
