0️⃣ Accessing GEM.SWAP

• Access ‘GEM SWAP GEM.SWAP (gempay.me)’

1️⃣ Logging in to GEM.SWAP

• Sign up and create a wallet in just 3 seconds through simple login via Naver, Kakao, Google, Apple, etc.

2️⃣ Selecting Assets to SWAP

• After logging in, select ‘GEM’ from the list of tokens to exchange.
• Select ‘L.POINT’ from the list of tokens to exchange.

3️⃣ Selecting an exchange voucher for L.POINT to SWAP

• Select the L.POINT exchange voucher you want to SWAP and enter the quantity.
• Confirm the details of your exchange, then clicking the “Confirm” button.

4️⃣ Authenticate with PASS (one-time only)

• Initial ‘PASS’ authentication is required to send MMS Giftiel voucher.

(After the initial self-authentication for each account, the mobile phone number is automatically saved, eliminating the inconvinience of additional authentication)

• Once the exchange is completed, the exchanged details cannot be canceled or changed.

5️⃣ Reviewing the Exchange Details

1. Confirm the details of your exchange, then complete the exchange by clicking the “Confirm” button.

• If incorrect details are entered, modify them by clicking the “Cancel” button.
• Once the exchange is completed, the exchanged details cannot be canceled or changed.

6️⃣ Exchange Completed

• The exchanged quantity can be checked in the top right of My menu or through MMS with the Giftiel voucher.
