2023 GemHUB Roadmap

Blockchain game platform GemHUB aims for ‘Easy, Convenient, and Entertaining for Anyone’ blockchain game service platform. GemHUB has been trying to secure game players and building a large ecosystem by releasing games consistently since the launch of GemHUB platform in 2022.
GemHUB ecosystem is stably growing based on the roadmap. Main keys in the roadmap have been achieved and GemHUB ecosystem is being continuously expanded and advanced.
Crypto market is generally in not an easy situation, and it is time to change the existing plan with business due to largely changed environment.
GemHUB team has come up with a future action plan until 2023 based on trial and error, operation know-how, suggestions from community which we have experienced while launching the platform, and changes in the market.
Through evolution into GemHUB 2.0, we will officially prepare WEB3 business expansion such as supporting multi-chain, adding DAO governance.
2023 : GemHUB 2.0 Update
1. Supporting Multi-chain
Starting from Klaytn, chains supported by GemHUB will be expanded into 3: Ethereum-Polygon-Klaytn.
Multi-chain will be supported to support games and contents on various chains besides Klaytn. Without issuing extra coin, GemHUB’s total issuance amount remains equally throughout multi-chain in such a way that Klaytn chain’s GemHUB is moved to Ethereum, Polygon through bridge.
2. Game Token Swap Service
A swap service where GemHUB is the key token will be prepared.
In addition to GemHUB and InGameToken, a token related to a partnership with GemHUB is listed and able to swap. An NFT trade feature using GemHUB as payment token will be included as well.
3. GemHUB Protocol Update
An early stage of InGameToken issued through GemHUB Protocol is defined as incubating token. GemHUB Protocol will support services related to InGameToken to grow and be listed by themselves. When being listed by themselves, incubating of InGameToken will be ended and independence will be supported. It is decided through DAO governance if an InGameToken is independent or not.
4. DAO Governance
DAO governance feature where community voting about agendas gathered by team and community is possible will be updated. DAO voting including listing agenda and being passed will be implemented on smart contract.
5. GemHUB Power System
The current staking service will be ended, and GemHUB Power System will be added. GemHUB power is provided if GemHUB is staked. GemHUB power is used and charged again over a period. GemHUB power will be used in various ways such as InGameToken swap fee-free.
2023 : Expanding Game Business and Partners
GemHUB team is working on securing users by servicing game contents with high quality and popularity on blockchain together with many game companies and making business sales as core business parts.
Starting from Sid Eternal, AquaPang and GiantN have been released in 2022 and have great results.
While doing this, GemHUB team have checked pros and cons of different tokenomics for each game and data is being accumulated to advance ecosystem.
All line-up introduced as games to be released (Sid Eternal, GiantN, AquaPang, Rappelz Universe, Zombie Noid, Flyff Universe, ZellyGoDash, Heroes9) will be continuously released and game line-up with new partner game companies to be released in 2023 is being prepared.
We will join GStar2022 held in November 2022 in Busan, South Korea and do activities to inform game developers of GemHUB.
2023 : Expanding Exchanges
In order to activate token ecosystem, an active trading environment is required besides its own business activity. GemHUB team is discussing market listing with major exchanges in Korea and global.
We will do our best to list GemHUB on more known and preferred exchanges.
GemHUB team will secure high quality contents and run business with aims of activating ecosystem, growth, and making performance. For this, as explained above, we are having active discussions and doing tasks with multiple partners such as game developer, contents developer, exchange, support service related to blockchain and crypto currency

GemHUB 팀은 2022년 플랫폼 론칭 과정에서 경험한 시행착오, 운영 노하우, 커뮤니티의 제안 사항과 시장의 변화들을 바탕으로 2023년까지의 새로운 향후 실행계획을 수립하였습니다.
2023년에는 젬허브 2.0으로의 진화을 통해 멀티체인 지원, DAO 거버넌스 도입 등 본격적인 WEB3 사업 확장을 준비하도록 하겠습니다.
2023 : 젬허브 2.0 업데이트
1. 멀티체인 지원
클레이튼 체인에서 시작된 젬허브를 이더리움-폴리곤-클레이튼 3개 체인으로 확대할 예정입니다. 클레이튼 외의 다양한 체인의 게임과 컨텐츠를 지원하고자 멀티체인을 지원할 예정이며, 추가적인 코인 발행 없이 클레이튼 체인의 젬허브가 브릿지를 통해 이더리움, 폴리곤으로 이동하는 개념으로 멀티 체인을 통틀어 젬허브의 발행 총량은 일정하게 유지됩니다.
2. 게임토큰 스왑 서비스
젬허브를 기축 토큰으로 하는 스왑 서비스를 준비할 예정입니다.
젬허브와 인게임 토큰 뿐만 아니라 젬허브와 파트너쉽 관계에 있는 토큰이 상장되어 스왑을 할 수 있습니다. 젬허브를 결제 수단으로 하는 NFT 거래 기능도 함께 포함됩니다.
3. 젬허브 프로토콜 업데이트
젬허브 프로토콜을 통해 발행된 인게임 토큰의 초기 단계를 인큐베이팅 토큰으로 정의하고 인게임 토큰과 관련한 서비스가 성장하여 자체 상장이 가능하도록 지원하며 자체 상장 시 인게임 토큰의 인큐베이팅 종료 및 독립을 지원할 것입니다. 인게임 토큰의 독립 여부는 DAO 거버넌스를 통해 결정할 예정입니다.
4. DAO 거버넌스
팀과 커뮤니티에서 취합된 의제에 대해서 커뮤니티의 투표가 가능한 DAO 거버넌스 기능 도입할 예정입니다. DAO 투표는 안건 상장 및 가결까지 스마트 컨트랙트로 구현될 예정입니다.
5. 젬허브 파워 시스템
현재의 스테이킹 서비스를 종료하고 젬허브 파워 시스템을 도입할 예정입니다. 젬허브를 스테이킹하면 젬허브 파워가 부여되며 젬허브 파워는 사용 후 일정 기간에 걸쳐 다시 충전되는 방식입니다. 젬허브 파워 사용처는 게임토큰 스왑 수수료 면제 등 다양한 사용처에서 사용되게 될 예정입니다.
2023 : 게임사업 및 파트너 확장
GemHUB팀은 여러 게임사들과 함께 높은 퀄리티와 대중성을 가진 게임 콘텐츠를 블록체인과 연계하여 서비스하여 유저를 확보하고 사업 매출을 창출하는 것을 핵심 사업 중 하나로 진행하고 있습니다.
2022년 시드이터널을 시작으로 아쿠아팡, 자이언트엔이 출시되었고 좋은 성과를 거두면서 게임별로 서로 다른 토크노믹스를 도입에 대한 장단점을 확인하고 고도화를 할 수 있는 데이터를 축적하고 있습니다.
출시 예정으로 소개드린 모든 라인업 (시드이터널, 자이언츠엔, 아쿠아팡, 라펠즈 유니버스, 좀비노이드, 프리프유니버스, 젤리고대시, 히어로즈9)들은 지속적으로 출시될 예정이며 2023년 출시 목표인 새로운 파트너 게임사와 게임 라인업도 준비되고 있습니다.
더 많은 게임사와 협업을 진행하기 위해 2022년 11월에는 대한민국 부산에서 열리는 GStar2022 행사에 참가하여 게임 개발사에 젬허브를 알리는 활동을 진행할 예정입니다.
2023 : 거래소 확장
토큰 생태계 활성화를 위해서는 본연의 사업 활동 외에도 원활한 토큰 거래환경을 마련하는 것이 필요합니다. 젬허브팀은 국내외 주요 거래소들과 마켓 상장 협의를 진행하고 있습니다. 국내 외에서 높은 인지도와 선호도를 갖춘 거래소에 상장할 수 있도록 노력하겠습니다.
젬허브팀은 생태계 활성화, 성장, 성과 창출을 목표로 고퀄리티 콘텐츠를 확보하고 사업을 전개하고자 합니다. 이를 위해 앞에서 소개한 바와 같이 게임 개발사, 콘텐츠 제작사, 거래소, 블록체인 및 암호화폐 관련 지원 서비스 등 다수의 파트너들과 활발한 논의와 작업을 진행하고 있습니다.
새로 추가되고 확정되는 사항은 다시 공유할 계획입니다.
