Building a World-Class Marketplace and Client Services Team

As we continue to scale Gemini and build the future of money, it is important that we build both a world-class marketplace and Client Services Team to help service our institutional customers and complement the efforts of our existing Customer Support Team. To that end, we are happy to welcome Jeanine Hightower-Sellitto to the Gemini team as a Managing Director of Operations. Jeanine will help us continue to build the Gemini Marketplace and our new Client Services Team so that we can continue to deliver the best platform experience possible.

Previously, Jeanine was the Chief Operating Officer at the International Securities Exchange (ISE), where she spent 13 years helping to build it from a startup into a major exchange that was acquired by NASDAQ. At ISE, she held multiple leadership positions in business development, product management, and relationship management.

Scaling a New York trust company in one of the fastest growing industries in the world carries with it unique challenges — challenges that Jeanine’s deep background in marketplaces and leading high-achieving operational teams will help us navigate as we sail the Gemini Spaceship towards the moon.
