What is Menopause?

Menopause marks the end of a woman’s reproductive years, officially diagnosed after twelve consecutive months without a menstrual period. Typically occurring in the late 40s to early 50s, menopause can feel like a mystery novel with unexpected plot twists: night sweats, mood swings, and that undeniable sense of, “Is it hot in here or is it just me?”
