GENARO NETWORK ANNOUNCES STRATEGIC INITIATIVE IN SOUTH KOREA ALONG WITH KEY MARKET ACTIVITIES

[Seoul, South Korea, June 18, 2018 — ] Genaro Network (token symbol: GNX), a Singapore-based blockchain project best known for its dual-strata technical architecture combining the blockchain and data layers on a single public chain, announced this past weekend in Seoul, South Korea, that it was launching a strategic initiative to dramatically increase its Korean-speaking user community.

The announcement by Genaro Network co-founder and strategic lead Jason Inch was made to reporters at the Genesis C.A.T. event held at the Kensington Hotel in the city’s Youeido area, home to the National Assembly and major financial and investment institutions. At the same event, Genaro’s co-founder and COO Andrea Liu made a presentation about Genaro Network, attended by two hundred local and global participants from the blockchain ecosystem, including representatives of major South Korean and global exchanges, cryptocurrency and blockchain investment funds, dapp projects in the sector, media, and influential members of the blockchain community.

Among other initiatives, Genaro Network will be launching a series of social media channels in Korean, including on platforms such as KakaoTalk, Telegram, and Facebook, as well as on-the-ground meetups and other forms of outreach including proactively working with storage providers and device manufacturers.

Genaro’s head of strategy Jason Inch said, “We’ve always been keen to participate more in the South Korean blockchain community, with our first visit from our project lead Larry and co-founder Andrea in 2017, but we decided to redouble our efforts here after seeing how the regulatory framework has stabilized and the South Korean blockchain community continued to be strong supporters of the sector. Genaro Network has always been influential in Asia, especially in the ASEAN via our Singapore office, but this new initiative starting in Seoul will increase our East Asian presence dramatically. We’ll be spending a lot more time here.”

Co-founder Andrea Liu said about her presentation, “This was my second visit to Seoul in the past year and it’s clear the South Korean blockchain supporters are among the most passionate in the global community. This event was a good chance to introduce Genaro Network further to them and meet some important stakeholders who will help Genaro’s expansion in the country and to reach Korean-speaking blockchain ecosystem globally.”

During the event, Genaro Network discussed business opportunities with new projects including DACC, ESports Chain, HashFuture, and other teams that were participating in the event. Genaro’s own GNXCat, Catiah Li, was there as well and documented some of the proceedings for GNXMedia. Catiah said, “It was great to connect with some of the South Korean blockchain KOLs and technical experts, and we conducted some candid video interviews and got a lot of interesting feedback on Genaro Network.”

Genaro Network, which had its project inception in 2016, its development in 2017, and its implementation in 2018 with the successful launch of the first decentralized applications Eden and Sharer, plans to launch its own mainnet by the end of the year.
