We have some amazing people working at The Generator and in this section we’ll chat to them and find out a little more about what they do.

Tell us a little about yourself.

A dad, a husband, a tv geek, a trekkie, a failed drummer, a curry-lover, an ale-drinker, cameraman, editor, filmmaker.

Tell us a bit about what you do.

I’m a freelance filmmaker which sounds loftier than it is. I set up as a freelancer back in 2010 when I returned to my native Devon after a long stint working in broadcast and content marketing in London. There not being many staff filmmaking jobs down here I took a punt and started my own company, Foxwell Films. Now I make brand films, mini-documentaries and all sorts of other video content for big national brands (like Nationwide building society) and small local ones (like Quicke’s cheese). Check out my stuff here www.foxwellfilms.co.uk

What events will you be attending this month (business or social)?

I’m not big on business events but recently went along to the Exeter Living Awards — many Generator folks were seen (most quite merry).

How long have you been a member of The Generator community?

Since October 2016

Why did you join The Generator?

I was looking for some office space and was wowed by the ‘feel’ of the Quayside location.

What is your favourite part of The Generator?

The feeling like you have colleagues even when you don’t.

Just For Fun
