What is your Daily Desk plan?
For the occasional users of our space we offer a daily desk plan. This is a basic no-strings attached desk for the working day at our Dixs Field office. You book in online, pay the daily rate and use the space. You’ll get your own space on our large quirky desks in our friendly office in the city center. The plan includes use of our wifi, plugs and free tea/coffee/sugar. All you need to bring along is your laptop and a smile.
Who uses this plan?
This plan tends to be used by people who are travelling through the city or have popped down for some meetings and need to find somewhere to work. Just last week we had a new visitor who came in because he forgot it was half term and the house was full of excitable kids, not the best environment to concentrate. Never-the-less he gave us a call and joined the community the very next day.
Is there always going to be a desk for me?
We have plenty of desks for our daily users and we can gauge how many members will be visiting each day through our nifty online booking system. For daily desking we do ask that you sign up and book in each day you’ll be in, the best thing is that its super quick and easy to do. We also have a lovely open social space that offers a place to work for the day. If you fancy an alternative view or somewhere with a bit of hustle and bustle then we always welcome people to settle in those areas too.
What is your Co-Club plan?
For members of the community who are going to be using the space a few times a week but still enjoy the flexibility of coworking we created our co-club plan. The plan allows you to use both space in Exeter; Town House and Quay House offices. Included in the plan is o9.oo–17.30 access Monday — Friday. You are able to choose any free location in the office to work from including our social spaces. You’ll get access to our wifi, plugs and free tea/coffee/sugar too.
Who uses this plan?
The members of our co-club plan tend to use the space 2–4 times a week. They may pop in for the occasional half day and enjoy changing up locations to soak in the different atmospheres. With this plan you cannot leave anything at the office so you’ll need to be able to pack your desk up each evening and take it away with you.
What is your Monthly Desk plan?
Our monthly desk plan is exactly what it says in the title. You can join our community on a rolling contract and bag yourself a permanent desk to call your own, make yourself comfortable and leave your bits each evening. The plan includes 24/7 access for all the work-o-holics out there so you’ll get a entry fob and key to allow yourself into the office out of office hours. You will of course get access to our wifi, plugs and free tea/coffee/sugar like our other plans.
Who uses this plan?
We have some awesome members of our community who use our monthly desk plan. They have the flexibility of working in a coworking space but a desk to call their own. We have small businesses, freelancers, and start ups using our daily desk plan as its an affordable way to work. It gives you all the benefits of a traditional office with the relaxed community feel yet productive atmosphere.
Do you offer Private Offices?
We have private offices at our Dixs Field office in the city. We have space for small teams and individuals to rent a space to call their own. Our private office plans vary depending on the size and amount of users but all include the 24/7 benefits of the monthly users all with your own 4 walls.
Do you have Meeting Rooms?
Yes we do! We have a variety of meeting rooms across both offices seating 1 to 20 people comfortably. At our Town House office we have 2 medium sized meeting rooms that can comfortably seat up to 6 people. In our Quay House office we have 2 smaller 4 person rooms and a large board room. When booking our meeting rooms you get access to wifi, plugs and free tea/coffee/sugar.
Who can use your meeting rooms?
Our meeting rooms are available to rent by everyone. You don’t need to be a member of the space to use them. We do offer a limited amount of free meeting room hours for our monthly users. All other meeting room bookings must be booked and paid for on our online booking system.
Why use your meeting rooms?
When you use our meeting rooms you get to enter the wonders of our coworking space. You’ll meet our lovely members and be able to impress your clients with the coolest office in Exeter. For our members our meeting rooms are a perfect space to take a quiet skype call, meet clients of have weekly catch ups. The rooms are all in our offices so no need to book and travel, we’ve got everything you need within our spaces.
