What We Do
We offer affordable flexible plans for freelancers, start ups, small business and all others looking for a place to work. With a variety of price plans you’ll be sure to find one that fits your needs. Each desk plan includes super fast wifi, free tea, coffee and kitchen facilities.
Basic office amenities; showers, printing, scanning and postal services are also included within each plan. For the work-a-holics out there you can even gain access to the office 24/7 with your own entry fob and key.* A friendly welcome by the Generator team is always guaranteed with our office hour receptions.

Location, Location, Location
The first Generator office is just a short walk from Exeter city centre, just minutes away from public transport at 11–15 Dixs Field. Our second office is situated just down the road on the historic quay front at Kings wharf. Both offices have open plan/private desk space, social areas and meeting rooms.
Meeting Rooms
We have a variety of meeting rooms for use across both locations. Some meeting room hours are included within monthly desk plans and are also available to be booked out by other users and friends of the space. The rooms are all fully furnished including charging points, you’ll have access to the other space benefits too such as free fast wifi, tea, coffee and kitchen facilities. If you are set to accommodate a larger meeting then we also have a board room which is located at our Quay House, it has a maximum capacity of 25 and houses a large TV, great for presentations! With prices starting from just £10 per hour you can’t go wrong!

Our Coworking Community
In our coworking community we all have our work to do but we also like to take time out to chat and relax. We love bringing people together and our social spaces are perfect for this, grab your lunch and pop to the sofas for a comfy break or join others around the table for a catch up. If you’re feeling active then be sure to join our weekly Wednesday crossfit group and finish the week on a high at our chilled out Friday beers. The Generator community are a helpful bunch with an array of skills and stories to tell so you’ll be sure to find like-minded people about.
