Genesis Vision Platform update 1.7
Hello Visioners!
We are excited to announce yet another update. While today’s blog post may not seem as groundbreaking as some of our most recent ones, these upgrades will undoubtedly help with user adoption and overall usage of the platform. They are part of our mission to relentlessly improve our project, delivering on our promises to deploy previously announced features. The main changes will revolve around Funds along with a couple of other items. So let’s get started:
Fund allocation requirement — 1% of GVT
Today marks the day every new Fund created will be required to allocate at least 1% of its portfolio to GVT. Managers of existing Funds will have 1 month from today to rebalance their composition accordingly.
3% reallocation per day
Effective today, our new and improved system allows for Fund managers to reallocate 3% of their Fund per day, cumulatively. This means that a Fund manager can wait 10 days and rebalance 30% (10 days * 3%) of the portfolio in the Fund. Waiting a full month will allow to rebalance 100% of the Fund.
Fund assets
As part of the new deploy, we will add the missing Binance assets to the Funds. Going forward, we will add them as soon as they go live on Binance. This may seem like a small upgrade, but one that we view as critically important for the many Fund managers looking to take advantage of the newly listed coins / tokens.
Fund settings page
Funds now have a dedicated Settings tab, similarly located to the one on the Programs page.
This new Settings tab allows Fund managers to reallocate and close Funds, change their avatar and edit the description of the Fund.
Fund chart enhancements
There are several changes relating to the Fund charts:
1. Funds performance can be viewed in the currency of your choice
2. You can change the currency for both Fund profits and Fund balance
3. You now have the ability to add multiple charts on one plot
A cool little feature will allow you to see the Fund structure at any point in time right on the chart!
Fund chart performance start date
As previously announced, a Fund’s performance will be charted from the moment the Fund is created without taking into account the previous price history of the assets making up the Fund.
Events
For a better experience, we have moved and combined the Events with the Investment tab on the Programs and Funds pages. All necessary information on your investments is in one tab. Namely, the current state and history of events in My Events.
With each of our updates, we strive to make our platform more understandable and transparent for users, and we therefore improved the display of Events and added additional data for each event.
An important Reallocation fund event has been added. Thanks to that improvement, investors will always receive relevant data on changes in the Fund.
Copy Trading events have also been added. Managers will receive notifications regarding new subscription / unsubscription to their Signal Program. Investors will receive notifications about the opening and closing of trades, as well as subscription changes.
By clicking on See All in the Dashboard, you can also access the page where all your events are located, reflecting your interaction with the platform (Programs / Funds / Copy Trading). Using convenient filtering, you can find any event you are interested in.
Profile Manager / Investor
Some changes to the Profile have occurred, one of which was the transfer of your favorite currency from the main page to Settings in Profile.
Additional information on Period History
Change broker GM ⇔ Huobi
This change implies the opportunity for a Program manager to migrate his or her program from Huobi to Genesis Markets, or vice versa. Although managers can change the broker, they cannot change the base currency of the account
And here’s another small upgrade that will delight the devout Huobi Program managers — we have added USDT and ETH Huobi account types.
GVT holder discount
To make the process even easier, we have decided to wave the 7 day waiting period for discounts. This means GVT holders will receive the discount immediately, from the moment they deposit GVT.
Performance improvement
The platform’s performance has been improved, namely the increased processing speed of program periods due to improvements in the internal algorithms of the platform.
UI/UX improvements
Apart from the changes mentioned above, you will also see other new UI/UX enhancements next time you log in. We think these changes will increase your experience on the platform.

As always, there is a lot more going on behind the scenes, including some progress in developing our marketing material and a few other unannounced features.
