Today the planet is evolving fast — at the energy level — since the concept of time-space is gone, while the realization that “more is perceived and lived fully in the present moment” is all that we are left with — especially since the Internet was born.

Emotions are very strong everywhere. They are acknowledged and shared all over the world in almost no time. Chaos and diseases are governing the entire system, and you don’t need to take the time to buy the newspaper any longer to see what’s going on. Everything is in one place, usually your cell phone or iPad.

Calming the turbulence within the planet means calming the turbulence within yourself because what happens on earth now is the same thing that happens to you every day in your deep emotions.

A higher level of consciousness

What many of us come to realize these days, is that we have the main mission to bring awareness and peace to this planet. The only way to do this is to change our own inner vibration because we cannot change others, but we at least can start from ourselves by understanding clearly who we are, where we are coming from with all our emotions, where we stand now, and where we want to go with huge baggage of lessons from the past.

To change vibration, we need first to get rid of the negativity sticking into our subconscious mind since we were born in this life. How can you change yourself, how can you move on with your life, if you only want to look into the future, but feeling half-blinded by the strong negative perceptions of your past?

You need to analyze well what is holding you down first, and this is always an emotion that comes from the past. Understand it and then you will be able to let it go, keeping with you only the main lesson — the best treasure to move on with your next adventures!

Focusing

What’s most important today is the ability to remain focused on one type of a positive set of emotions that can produce consistent and permanent harmony.

If you really what to change the world, you need first to really change yourself. What you can perceive by becoming calm and peaceful is the ecstasy that comes from pure spirit.

Where there is an absolute absence of thought, there is nothing but spirit! And since everything comes from nothing — or spirit — this is also a peaceful and harmonious STATE OF MIND of no thought.

At this level, every thought can bust into the bubble of time-space and manifest, indeed, but only through the keys of emotions.

In order for you to create a peaceful, permanent state of mind, it's necessary that you make the commitment and decision to learn how to meditate in deep silence for a few minutes every single day of your life. You need to learn and practice how to choose to FOCUS your thoughts and intentions towards the future you visualize in your mind and perceive with your heart.

Focusing a mind towards a specific direction means also committing to self-discipline and some sacrifice if needed, flexibility, and spirit of adapting in any given circumstance. There are many powerful distractions in the world today! It’s very important to establish the type of life you want to live and how you want to perceive your future self.

Everything starts with a clear thought, an idea, and from there on, your part is only to take care of your dream — cure it every day — know that everything is possible only by focusing on the main final goal of what one intends to achieve. The rest is only a big distraction — chose your battles wisely.

The keys of emotions

What you feel when you are happy, relaxed, angry, sad, worried, etc. comes to form a very basic emotion. The way you grow up affects what you feel most of the time today, and so do your past.

When you don’t know how to control your mind, you will see that the mind will be easily able to control you, bypassing your main emotions.

If you want to change, you need first to check in with yourself where you stand now and also with your inner child. You will see that what brings so much turbulence within — such as anxiety and fear — has nothing to do with who you are today. Usually, there is always an inner battle with things that happened in the past. That’s where you need to go as the first step.

Once you are finally able to understand your negative past, you will be also able to see the bright side of what really took you where you find yourself now.

You will feel some level of responsibility for what happened and you will also experience compassion for general ignorance. Some people see it as forgiveness. Bottom line, to find a clear, promising future, you need to create the time and space in your life, to meditate and contemplate with an open mind — the rest follows by miracles.

You need to feel the inner transformation with time. You will then experience positive emotions, and you will know how to keep out of negativity. You will decide to discipline yourself — as much as possible — in order to live a better life.

Once you become a person of great past — good and/or bad — open to listening to others and to remain constantly in harmony with the world around you, then you will be able to influence others with your energy and to change the world, just by remaining yourself — a new creation — You will be like the Phoenix that knows how to regenerate, by burning negative karma to be reborn from the ashes of the past.

Conclusion

I think that to change something, first, we need to focus on what needs to be changed; what is made of? Going into the past just to understand what went wrong at some point, it’s wise and will open up the door to more understanding and insight. It’s important to live in the present and focus only on those things that are relevant to our spiritual/material growth. The rest is only a big distraction and soon or later, will certainly bend our ego to break us into many pieces of negative emotions. Once we come out clear, we will understand the big picture of who we are and the life we live, then we can start dreaming a conscious dream for the future.
