Everything you need to know about Genso Test Server
Starting July 27, 2023, we are planning to provide access to our public test servers exclusively for those who have Fan Club Membership Level 3 NFT in their wallets.
As we want to offer to our players a game environment that is as close as possible to the current official version we will copy data from the Japan region to the public test server.
※We sincerely apologize to users in the Asia region. Due to system limitations, we were only able to copy data from one region, and we chose the region with the larger player base. We really hope you understand.
Follow these steps to gain access to the public test server with your data:
- The data from the official service will be obtained during the maintenance on July 13, 2023.
- Any character progression, newly acquired equipment, or enhancements made after the maintenance on July 13, 2023, will not be reflected in the public test server.
- If you wish to have the data from the official service reflected on the public test server on July 27, 2023, please make the necessary preparations before the maintenance on July 13, 2023.
Please link your account through email authentication for login by July 13, 2023.
Due to the specifications, the only login method available for the public test server will be through email authentication.
(Twitter, Google, and Apple authentication will not be available.)
Therefore, if you want to use the public test server with the data copied from the official service, it is mandatory to link your account through email authentication on the official service. (If you have already been using email authentication for login, there is no issue.)
You can link your account by following these steps:
- Launch the game
- Press “Settings” on the character selection screen
- Switch to the “Account” tab
- Press “Account Linking”
- Perform account creation and linking through email authentication on the website.
Those who joined the game after July 13, 2023, and are eligible to participate in the public test server will start with a fresh account.
Currently, there are no plans to synchronize data from maintenance dates other than June 13, 2023. Therefore, we kindly ask you to confirm the above information in advance if you wish to have your data copied.
