Strengthened Gear Parameters Loss — NFT Imports
Dear Knights,
We have identified a bug that occurs when importing gear NFT that has previously been strengthened. For unknown reasons at this time, the parameters of the gear retained as NFT metadata may get lost during the importing process, and therefore reset the parameters for the imported gear to its initial state.
We are currently in the process of identifying all affected by the bug and investigating the cause for it. If you are also experiencing this issue, please get in touch with us at user-support@genso.game and make sure to include your wallet address and token ID of the NFT item in question.
Fortunately, the log history for the strengthened gear NFT parameters has not been lost, so please do not worry if it's not visible to you at the moment. The development team will be able to recover any lost parameter data.
Please note
Imported gear that has been reset to its default status will be restored to its correct parameters in due time. While we are working on the restoration process, it is crucial that users do not strengthen their gear until the restoration process is completed.
