Anti-Bund Opinions

This article, published on July 17th 1942 in the Tri-County News from King City, demonstrates anti-Bund sentiments among Missourians. The author writes about how the recent arrest of eight Bund members finally connects the organization to the Nazis once and for all. He spends a good deal of the op-ed focused on their dirty finances. As discussed in class, this was the only way the American government was able to legally do anything to the Bund. Several men are mentioned by name, Hitler, Fritz Kuhn, and J. Edgar Hoover. The author also brings up the ongoing FBI investigation into the Bund and their finances.
